Gold 300 & 1000 Mesh Soy Powder

     GOLD is a stabilized soy powder. The powder is produced from whole soybeans with only the fibrous hulls removed naturally. The shelf life is a minimum of 9 months in ambient storage. Organic and Non-GMO available.

Silver 300 & 1000 Mesh Soy Powder

     SILVER Soy Powder is the non-heat-treated or enzyme active soy powder. It contains all the goodness of soybeans with the hull removed. Silver has been used extensively in Asia in Tofu. It has the great nutritional properties of dehulled soybeans but delivered in a convenient powder form that allows for easy use in making food products. It has a raw beany taste and needs a cook step or fermentation to inactivate the trypsin inhibitor and improve human nutritional value. A range of particle sizes is available for your particular application or need. Organic and Non-GMO available.

Jade 1000 Mesh Soy Powder

     JADE is a custom processed soy powder. It is produced from whole soybeans with only the fibrous hulls naturally removed. The special process will partially inactivate the trypsin inhibitor and other critical enzymes to extend shelf stability. It has an intermediate heat-treatment that minimizes or eliminates the beany flavor from raw soybeans while still maintaining functional properties including soluble proteins. Organic and Non-GMO available.
